I would like to call out two outstanding and special employees, namely Tony and Georgie. Tony working with Nadja (I only had a couple of very key conversations with her), just blows the concept of customer care out of the park. Its a relationship, almost friendship with a super personal touch that always left us feeling that "he has this."

Always available, supportive with loads of helpful advice as we navigated the waters of purchasing a property in Seaton Road. Georgie operates on another level. What a powerhouse - energised and always on the ball. I think she could light up the North Shore with her energy levels. These are two very special people. Having recently arrived in New Zealand, it would have been so much harder to have rented, then later, bought a property without their support to navigate all the ins and outs. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else, ever.

Dear Tony,

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work you did for me, both in selling my home, and helping me find a new place. I do not know many people who would go to such lengths, including moving furniture for my daughter and another heavy duty lift to the Salvation Army. Your professionalism, kindness and all your time and effort is so much appreciated by me and all the family.

Buying a house is a stressful process and it can be daunting with so many things to consider. Tony made the process so much easier. He took the time to understand my requirements and tested out my preferences by showing me a range of options that were in my price range. During the process we attended some auctions and it was really helpful to have someone experienced and knowledgeable to support me at these events. It took a good few weeks of researching and many hours of open homes but I found the right house, at the right price and I wouldn’t have been able to do that without his help.

Tony recently acted as our agent for selling our family home. After the initial advertising campaign, we had two open homes which produced 3 interested parties. Tony worked with all three parties to negotiate the best possible price and ended up exceeding our expectations considerably. We would recommend Tony to anyone looking at selling their home and wanting to take the stress out of the whole process
